    We have an exciting opening for a Referral Network Specialist, which is a dynamic role designed to take your career to the next level.
    Use your expertise, broaden your professional scope, and contribute to the growth of PSI's innovative referral programs.

    In this exciting role, you will build and manage a country-specific network of referring physicians across various therapeutic areas. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective referral process between referring physicians and study investigators.

    You will have the opportunity to:

    • Identify and select physicians, providing them with valuable training and support throughout the referral process to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
    • Plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, whether in person and/or via video conference, to promote collaboration. Following this, you will be responsible for documenting key discussions and objectives in a report.
    • Provide ongoing support to referring physicians and their teams, ensuring agreed-upon  tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with various departments at PSI CRO, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal, to ensure the successful implementation of the referral process across all projects.

    Qualifications

    • College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience
    • Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience
    • Prior experience in communication with Key Opinion Leaders as CRA/Senior CRA
    • Experience communicating with physicians and/or investigators required
    • Oncology and Gastroenterology experience is a plus
    • Availability to travel
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
    • PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
