What You’ll Do:

As a Referral Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role on the Boundless Health team by partnering with the clinical staff to ensure that patients can access the services that they need and reduce the risks that fragmented care present. This individual coordinates services both internal and external to Boundless Health and is responsible for assisting patients in scheduling specialty visits and collecting documentation from referred appointments.

Education, Skills, Experience and Requirements

• High school diploma

• Medical assistant certification a plus

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable.
