Position Components

• Partner with Senior Counsel Attorneys and Director of Compliance on ethics and compliance matters, with opportunities to collaborate on broader legal matters across the firm
• Engage across departments on a wide range of projects—no two days will look the same.
• Incorporate contract review and drafting skills
• Help scale and strengthen company processes with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
• Contribute to an open, curious, and dynamic legal team culture.

• Attorney with 1–4 years of post-JD experience (any practice area welcome, especially from a midsize firm or high-intensity background).
• Active admission Bar license in any US state
• Someone who’s worked hard, learned resilience, and is now seeking a collaborative, supportive team.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn about new areas of law, compliance, and business.
• Excited to contribute to both big-picture strategy and day-to-day legal needs.
• Bonus: Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
