As a Document Management Specialist within our team, you will provide subject matter expertise in transaction management to our clients. In this role, you will ensure that all aspects of transaction management are completed on time, and you will address any exceptions and client inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of all transaction management aspects for clients, resolving exceptions and inquiries.
  • Innovate and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Handle daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities as needed.
  • Maintain excellent client focus and customer care practices, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • You must have a Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, products, and processes, with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and understand their impact on the firm.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work during US hours.
  • A control mindset with an awareness of issues and risks affecting processes or the organization.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
