- Team Name: Documentation Management
- Job Title: Operations Analyst
- Educational Background: Open to graduates and post-graduates from various disciplines, primarily BCOM, BBM, BBA, MBA, and LLB.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review legal documentation such as ISDAs and CSAs.
- Input key parameters from these documents into JP Morgan's systems.
- Adapt to flexible work shifts, with the expectation to rotate and change shifts periodically.
- Identify issues and coordinate with internal functions (e.g., credit, legal) to resolve disputes within set time-frame parameters.
- Work with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to contribute to the development of an efficient operating framework.
- Collaborate closely with the regional Legal Operations Department, which oversees ISDA Master Agreement Negotiation and Transactions, as well as with the business and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the production of high-quality work to succeed in the organization.
- Perform as a checker for all agreements/documents processed by the Documentation Management Operations (DMO).
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Derivatives Master Agreements and other trade-related documentation, gained within an Investment Banking or Law Firm environment.
- Possess an excellent understanding of derivative legal documents, such as ISDAs and CSAs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task, identify priority issues, and maintain an excellent execution mentality.
Preferred Qualification
- Holds a graduation degree, with a preference for those with a background in Law or Commerce.
