As a Digital Document Manager in Digital Document Services, you will manage business metrics, drive strategic projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across Back Office, Middle Office, and Global teams. You will collaborate with various Operations and Technology teams within the organization to design and redesign processes.
Job responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions (e.g., client service professionals, legal) for prompt resolution within set time-frame parameters.
  • Deliver controls in the process to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner and provide regular updates to senior management on BAU, projects, etc.
  • Generate reports and scorecards, present them in operations calls, and provide capacity and contingency planning.
  • Monitor workflow and assist team leaders in equitable distribution of work.
  • Manage internal Service Level Agreements and communicate performance to stakeholders through effective reporting.
  • Embrace document automation as a strategic business priority.
  • Be accountable for team deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
  • Ensure accurate completion of documentation remediation within designated guidelines.
  • Monitor team's adherence to control procedures
  • Engage hands-on with BAU and develop as a SME.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • You must have a bachelor's degree or above
  • you must have at least 8+ years of experience
  • Be skilled in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Project.
  • Have familiarity with a global bank's process and operational environment, including management and external reporting.
  • Possess strong business knowledge, specifically in investment banking processes and systems.
  • Be capable of managing a team of high achievers with diverse experiences and skill sets using a strategic approach.
  • Demonstrate inclusive leadership skills with the ability to identify talent, recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members to support Operations in achieving strategic goals.
  • Handle day-to-day issues while planning and executing projects and initiatives.
  • Know when a deep-dive approach is appropriate, with excellent attention to detail.
