Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We are looking for a Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. This role focuses on the management, configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Red Hat OpenShift environments, as well as Storage Servers and SAN Switches. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure availability, performance, security, and compliance, while supporting business and technical requirements in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsabilities:
- Managing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure
- Managing and supporting Storage Servers and SAN Switches
- Ensuring infrastructure meets high standards of availability, performance, and security
- Implementing and maintaining security policies and compliance rules across the OpenShift environment
- Managing infrastructure changes through automation platforms
- Collaborating with multiple teams to understand and implement business, security, and networking requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in OpenShift administration
- Strong experience in system administration, design, implementation, and operation of OpenShift platforms
- Solid knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Experience with automation tools and methodologies
- Proven experience with Storage Servers and SAN infrastructure
- Advanced understanding of infrastructure services and networking topologies
- Fluent English and Portuguese (bilingual level)
