Job DescriptionThe Recruitment Consultant role at SEEK is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of technological and operational transformation. This position plays a critical role in driving our clients' full-cycle recruiting process, coordinating with clients, external partners, and candidates to ensure successful placements. As a change champion, you will have the chance to adapt and grow with an ever-evolving role, making a significant impact on our team's long-term vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule and conduct consultation calls to efficiently gather clients' hiring requirements, uncover hidden preferences, and proactively improve client happiness through professional consulting services.
- Conduct candidate outreach and shortlist candidates for hirers using our SmartHire service and SEEK AI Tools.
- Maintain accurate progress tracking in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics, as needed.
- Act as a hard-working and passionate team member in a startup environment, chipping in positively to the product's key business outcomes.
- Implement strategies and operations required to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and important metrics.
- Handle other ad hoc/special assignments or projects as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries.
- At least 3 years of experience as a recruitment consultant.
- Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- A strong passion for building a career in the recruitment industry.
- A customer focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, spoken and written in English.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of an ambitious team.
- A dedication to quality and continuous improvement in analytical skills.
