Core Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Support Manager, you will play a key role in sustaining high performance across the Recruitment Support team within the BSO. You will lead people, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of up to 10 colleagues, with a strong focus on coaching, capability building, and professional growth.
- Continuously identifying improvement opportunities using the LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) approach.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership on shared objectives and initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to standardized global processes and maintaining governance compliance.
- Securing operational excellence via healthy KPIs, capacity, productivity, and performance management.
- Driving and supporting projects and initiatives that contribute to the team’s strategic goals.
- Promoting a high-performing, innovative, and user-centric culture within the team.
- Ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.
The role is located in Prague – Jinonice, and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from four locations: Monterrey, Prague, Shanghai, Vietnam and Singapore.
The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and help us reach twice as many kids over the next 5–7 years!
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in HR administration with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and supporting roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in a shared service center environment, including coaching, developing, and motivating people.
- Ability to operate effectively in a shared service center setup or similar service-driven organization.
- Strong partner management and partnering skills with the ability to influence all levels.
- Demonstrated business and market understanding related to customer-focused functions.
What would be an advantage?
- Workday knowledge or experience with similar HR systems.
- Experience in shared-service environments.
