As Recruitment Supervisor, the ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment operations, people management, high-volume hiring, and fast-paced environments. Preferably from education, retail, startup, or service industries.
Job Description:
Recruitment Operations & Hiring Management- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for operational, corporate, and educational roles.
- Manage manpower fulfillment based on business priorities and hiring timelines.
- Ensure recruitment SLA, candidate quality, and hiring targets are achieved consistently.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding alignment.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Business Heads, and HR teams to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide recruitment consultation and hiring strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Supervise and guide Recruitment Staff or Recruiters to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor team productivity, hiring performance, and candidate pipeline quality.

Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and metrics (e.g., using tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Google Analytics, or Excel for funnel reporting).
2. Expertise in hiring best practices, including behavioral interviewing, diversity recruiting, and negotiation techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with internal teams.
4. Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ATS platforms like Breezy) and familiarity with educational hiring specifics (e.g., certification requirements, pedagogical assessments).
5. Strategic thinking to align hiring with organizational objectives and adapt to market changes.
6. Does not need to be from edu background. Prefer someone with strong hiring framework and has been exposed to multiple hiring channel eg mass hiring
