Position Purpose:
The Recruitment Specialist (Reports) produces and delivers useful, accurate, and timely information and recommendations to internal and external customers. Incorporates the use of advanced technology to measure, evaluate and report performance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Update and send daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports, including but not limited to Recruiter and Channel share of hires, fallout rate, start rate and fill rate
- Analyze reports and provide sound solutions to improve the recruitment process based on data
- Proactively communicate with both agent and non- agent hiring team to provide the daily, weekly and monthly performance report
- Reconcile and analyze reports from ADP, Talkpush and Tableau
- Project Implementation
Preferred Qualifications
· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
· With at least 1-2 years relevant experience
· Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
· Accuracy and attention to details
· Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City
