Position Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and reach
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations
- Assist in onboarding coordination and handoff to the onboarding team
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment
- Proven success in hiring for a wide range of roles, including volume, technical, corporate, and leadership positions
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote workforce models
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
