Responsibilities
    Responsibilities Become our sourcing expert and spearhead the talent search efforts using a variety of paid and unpaid tools such as database mining, social media sourcing, referrals, networks, and job posting platforms Job posting and advertisement: create and post job openings on various job boards and social media pages Sourcing and candidate identification: use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization Candidate database management: maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database; ensure accurate and complete records of candidate information and interactions; management of recruitment mailbox to monitor referrals Offer administrative support to the recruitment team on pertinent matters such as but not limited to: Zoho candidate information update, social media engagement, reference checks, and onsite interview assistance as required

Requirements
    Background / Experience Required Must have 1-2 years proven track record working within a recruitment, sourcing, and/or administrative role; ideally in a BPO setup Ability to manage multiple systems such as applicant tracking systems and job boards Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to function and adapt in a high demand and changing environment

Work Arrangement
  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
