What you’ll do:- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening
- Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and communication skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment
