The Outbound Caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the
different marketing medias and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the
company’s culture and open vacancies.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Advanced English (must)
- Bilingual recruiting experience (initial contact & screening).
- Call center experience (desirable)
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms (desirable)
- Microsoft Office applications
Job Activities:
- Serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates
- Perform prescreening to review schedule availability, salary expectations and overall
- candidate eligibility
- Execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the
- value of our brand
- Maintain constant engagement with the candidates by following up through email,
- WhatsApp and outbound calls
- Report and record daily scheduled appointment quotas
- Assist with the daily flow of onsite candidates
- ATS Updates and status of each call that the Outbound caller assists Keep safe confidential Information of each candidate and document it in the ATS
