Position SummaryThe Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process across Otte Polo Group companies. This role oversees high-volume hiring of U.S.-based field technicians and international support staff, while ensuring efficient recruitment systems, strong candidate pipelines, and alignment with operational needs.
The role combines recruitment leadership, operational strategy, and process optimization, ensuring that hiring is fast, scalable, and aligned with company growth.
The Recruitment Operations Manager will manage recruiters, improve hiring workflows, and work closely with leadership, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure technician coverage and staffing needs are met across multiple regions.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Leadership- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across Otte Polo Group companies.
- Manage and mentor recruiters responsible for technician and internal hiring.
- Assign requisitions and monitor recruiter performance and hiring speed.
- Ensure consistent hiring standards and candidate evaluation processes.
- Oversee high-volume recruitment of 1099 technicians across the United States for services such as:
- TV mounting
- POS installation
- Smart home setup
- IT and onsite technical support
- Build technician pipelines in target metro and non-metro coverage areas.
- Coordinate hiring priorities based on job demand and operational coverage.
- Lead hiring for internal positions across departments including:
- Customer support
- Dispatch
- Accounting
- Marketing
- Operations
- Administrative roles
- Source candidates primarily in Latin America for remote roles supporting U.S. operations.
- Manage and optimize recruitment tools such as:
- ATS systems (e.g., Workable)
- CRM (Zoho FSM, Zoho Shifts)
- Scheduling tools
- Candidate pipelines
- Hiring dashboards
- Improve automation in recruitment workflows to increase speed and efficiency.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports for leadership.
- Work with operations leadership to anticipate hiring needs based on service demand.
- Identify geographic gaps in technician coverage.
- Develop recruitment campaigns to target high-priority markets.
- Build and maintain recruitment SOPs and hiring guidelines.
- Improve candidate communication, follow-ups, and onboarding efficiency.
- Ensure recruiters maintain organized pipelines and documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting 1099 contractors in the United States
- Experience hiring remote teams across Latin America
- Experience hiring for technical, operational, or contractor-based roles
- Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
- Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics (Workable)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience supporting field service or technician networks
- Familiarity with recruitment automation tools
- Data-driven approach to hiring and workforce planning
