Unilever is seeking a proactive and innovative Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is dedicated to developing and executing compelling recruitment marketing strategies that attract top-tier talent and elevate our employer brand. The Specialist will lead the creation and distribution of careers newsletters, drive engagement with our talent communities, craft impactful job advertisements, and manage job board performance. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with both our Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and high-performing candidate communications.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Collaborate with Employer Branding to ensure brand alignment and share authentic stories that showcase Unilever’s culture and employee experience.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for priority hiring needs, using digital platforms and CRM tools.
- Lead the strategy, creation, and distribution of our digital campaigns and talent pool engagement initiatives.
- Write and optimize compelling job advertisements that reflect Unilever’s values and attract high-quality applicants.
- Manage job board usage and performance, ensuring consistent visibility and cost-effective outcomes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and application conversions.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and translate them into engaging candidate-facing messaging.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, and/or Marketing
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for tone, voice, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with recruitment marketing tools, job boards, CRM systems, and analytics platforms; experience with AI tools and hiring automation is a plus
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for candidate engagement and employer branding.
- Experience working in a global team environment is preferred.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Radancy, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Talent Insights is a plus.
- Local knowledge of Brazil is preferred.
