As a Recruitment Marketing Events Associate, you'll focus on strengthening our Employer Brand presence in Bulgaria and across Europe. You'll take the lead on planning and executing recruitment and branding events, ranging from industry conferences to on-campus job fairs. You'll collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align event strategies with business goals. From managing all event logistics to designing marketing materials, you'll oversee every aspect of the event planning process and craft event strategies that attract top talent while enhancing our localized employer brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A MARKETING ASSOCIATE, EVENTS

  • Lead the planning and execution of recruitment and employer branding events across EMEA, including conferences, job fairs, and onsite networking events.
  • Collaborate with the local Talent Acquisition team to create event strategies aligned with our overall business goals and employer branding efforts.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including working with external partners to confirm necessary digital assets, booth configuration, and event day details.
  • Work closely with teams across Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Marketing to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Track event performance and provide insights for improvements and future opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders throughout the event planning process and coordinate attendee registration, which includes securing approvals, purchasing tickets, and sharing event day information.
  • Order and maintain swag item inventory to support annual event strategy and track all expenses to ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
  • Support on-campus events such as career fairs and info sessions to engage early-career talent.
  • Design event assets and materials, including social assets, print displays, and banners.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the planning of multiple events simultaneously with various deadlines throughout the event planning process.
  • Eagerness to attend and provide onsite support for most events with the ability to travel to event locations as necessary.
  • A passion for event planning and execution, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and excitement to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using modern design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
