The Recruitment Manager, Bellerbys Global, plays a critical role in driving the recruitment from Southeast Asia region to Bellerbys Global Delivery Partners’ (DPs) across China and Asia. This position ensures the engagement and execution with key recruitment channels and maximize the number of students recruited to Bellerbys DPs. The role requires a commercially sharp, operationally disciplined person who thrives in a matrix environment and can influence both internal and external stakeholders. A core priority of this role is bridging B2B partner operations with direct end-customer (students and parents) engagement for conversion, with hands-on experience converting students and parents through direct interaction and consumer-facing student/parent platforms, beyond purely B2B channel management.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Bellerbys DPs Management & Performance Oversight
  •  Manage all Bellerbys Global DPs across Southeast Asia with proper account plans, ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operations and student recruitment—including equipping DPs with playbooks for direct student and parent conversion.
  •  Monitor partner performance across recruitment, admissions, student support, program delivery, and direct student/parent lead-to-enrolment conversion metrics.
  • Conduct regular account planning and review sessions to identify what works, what doesn’t, and where improvements are required for both B2B partner workflows and end-customer student/parent engagement pipelines.

Recruitment Growth & Pipeline Management
  • Lead regular pipeline and activities review meetings with DPs to ensure inquiry, application, and offer volumes are growing, provide support where necessary from Study Group.
  • Work closely with Study Group Regional Directors to identify new recruitment opportunities by country and match them to DPs; develop direct-to-student/parent growth channels separate from pure B2B agent networks where market demand exists.
  • Optimize and oversee consumer-facing student and parent platforms used for lead generation, consultation, and application submission and conversion.

Admissions & Student Journey Excellence
  • Ensure DPs maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant admissions process for both agents referred students and families engaging directly via student/parent-facing platforms.
  • Oversee the timely issuance of offers and ensure students and parents receive accurate, high-quality one-on-one guidance throughout the application and pre-arrival journey.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the admissions workflow for both B2B agent channels and direct student/parent pipelines and drive continuous improvement to increase conversion rates.

Admissions & Student Journey Excellence
  • Ensure partners maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant admissions process.
  • Oversee the timely issuance of offers and ensure students receive accurate, high‑quality guidance.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the admissions workflow and drive continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU
  • University bachelor qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, partner management in international education industry. Experience in student recruitment, pathway programs, and direct family enrollment conversion.
  • Proven track record in managing external partners, or education agents in a regional capacity.
  • Direct hands-on experience engaging, consulting, and converting prospective students and their parents through one-on-one communication; verifiable experience managing student/parent facing consumer platforms (digital portals, inquiry hubs, family consultation channels) in addition to pure B2B agent management work. Prior ownership of student/parent digital platforms, offline recruitment activities, direct consultation campaigns, or end-consumer lead nurturing systems within the education sector.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels: internal teams, B2B partner leadership, and end student/parent families.
  • Highly organised, strong in follow-through, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously— similar to a project manager.
  • Available to travel across Southeast Asia markets.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
