The Role

Job Description:

We are now looking for a Recruitment & Learning Trainee to join our team!

Important information:

- 9 months internship (starts on September 2025, ends on June 2026)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance

Responsibilities - your mission 

 

As an intern in Recruitment & Learning at Airbus your tasks may be related with:

 

Recruitment:

  • Support the recruitment team with screening of CVs, contacting candidates, providing feedback and schedule interviews; 

  • Manage the recruitment mailbox;

  • Keep the files and systems updated with the necessary information;

  • Support the employment marketing initiatives;

 

Learning (Knowledge Management):

  • Support the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management tools (Gsite, templates, guides, trackers, etc..);

  • Help organise and document knowledge transfer sessions;

  • Assist in managing content in the Finance Library;

  • Contribute to awareness and communication activities (e.g., drafting newsletters, posts, Google slides);

  • Help gather and analyse feedback from Knowledge Management activities.

 

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;

  • Relevant degree for the area;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Integrity;

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written  

  • Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management 

  • Language: English - Advanced level 

  • Another European language is a plus
