We're looking for a Recruitment Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and is excited to lead a team while remaining hands-on in the recruiting process. If you're passionate about interviewing, developing people, and driving hiring results, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoAs a Recruitment Leader, you'll oversee a team of Talent Representatives while actively recruiting and hiring top talent across multiple markets. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading by example.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 Talent Representatives
- Conduct high-volume interviews and make hiring decisions for multiple markets
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions quickly
- Support recruiting efforts by sourcing and engaging candidates (approximately 10–20% of your role)
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability
- Manage daily recruiting operations and hiring workflows
- Track hiring metrics and ensure recruiting goals are consistently achieved
- Improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas that increase hiring success
- Serve as a hands-on leader who jumps in wherever needed to support the team
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition
- Previous leadership experience as a Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when hiring demands require
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in home improvement, field marketing, sales recruiting, or similar industries is a plus
