This position reports to:
HR Operations Specialist__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: On site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Mexico.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Active participation in recruitment in BC employees
- Employees files management – control and update
- Meets headcount requirements according to the business needs
- Lead BC employees with onboarding process: ducuments and contracts.
- Resolved questions related to their work area.
- Knowledge of BC employees benefits and salary categories.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- You enjoy learn about full cycle recruiting process and the manufacturing market
- You are passionate about connect with people and bring your service attitude
- You are student and will graduate on Aug 2026 or Dec 2026 from degrees like Administration, Psychology or related
