We are looking for a driven and curious Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle,vfrom sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Post job ads across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, university channels)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, campus outreach, social content)
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
