Role Summary  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment team across multiple roles and client engagements. The intern will assist with sourcing, screening, coordination, and administrative recruitment tasks while gaining hands-on exposure to agency recruitment practices.This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Support recruiters in managing assigned roles across different functions and seniority levels.

  • Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on defined role criteria.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings under supervision where required.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Prepare candidate summaries and profiles for consultant review.

  • Support candidate communication and follow-up processes.

  • Assist with recruitment reporting and documentation.

  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional recruitment standards always.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.

  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Eagerness to learn and take direction within a professional setting.
