THE POSITION
Working alongside the FIFA Workforce Management team and reporting to the FIFA27 Sr Manager Recruitment, the Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment of a talented and diverse workforce required to plan and deliver the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027.
This role plays an integral part in ensuring a successful tournament by , attracting top talent and overseeing the implementation and management of a best-in-class recruitment experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end recruitment process of individuals hired under FIFA27, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, obtaining reference and background checks, offer/employment contract distribution.
- Candidate Management: Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Scheduling: Organizing interview schedules and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
- Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, maintaining recruitment databases, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Job Posting: Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Collaboration: Working closely with FIFA Workforce Management and FIFA27 hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably at a major sporting event or other large-scale mega event
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Portuguese to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members - Right to work in Brazil.
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
