The Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment team through various administrative and organizational tasks. This role requires someone who is highly organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including posting job roles on Breezy and LinkedIn.
• Job Description Creation: Craft engaging and accurate job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Reporting and Organization: Oversee reporting and organizational tasks to streamline recruitment processes.
• Candidate Management: Prescreen potential candidates, assisting the recruitment team when roles become overwhelming.
• Transition Management: Lead and manage the transition to Teamtailor as our new Applicant Tracking System.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a recruitment or HR environment.
• Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You are the most organized person you know!
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in tools like ClickUp, Deel, Breezy or Teamtailor being a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams quickly.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Salary & Benefits

• $8-9 an hour depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
