Department: Recruiting & Talent Development

Position Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator will be part of the global Recruiting & Talent Development team, focused on data management, delivering interview coordination, sourcing strategies and candidate engagement to support our global recruitment efforts. This candidate should be flexible and will flourish if they are comfortable working in a high paced and challenging environment.

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Help to manage the candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and manage accurate data in applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow up as appropriate
  • Coordinate other administrative duties surrounding recruiting efforts as needed
  • Monitor the Recruiting inbox, to ensure a timely response to employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a Recruitment Coordination /Recruitment Agency/Administration or Coordination role
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience working with Greenhouse or any other ATS
  • Familiarity with recruiting on social media and local job boards

    The minimum base salary for this role is $60,000 if located in New York.  This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting.  This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation.  This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions.  Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors
