DealHub is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruitment Coordinator & Sourcer -Temporary to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and sourcing within a fast-growing global SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle across various roles in the company.
- Manage interview coordination, scheduling, and communication with candidates.
- Conduct sourcing on LinkedIn and additional platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and update the ATS.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Availability for at least 3 workdays per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and excellent communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sourcing/recruiting – an advantage.

Skills Required
- Current student in Human Resources or Behavioral Sciences (3rd year)
- Availability for at least 2-3 workdays per week
