Job DescriptionAs a Recruitment Consultant in our business you will have the important role of:
- Recruiting nurses and support staff as labour hire to work across hospitals, aged care and disability settings.
- End to end recruitment from advertising, screening and interviewing through to running induction sessions.
- Efficiently responding to inbound calls and emails from our healthcare clients to help fill nursing shifts, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless placement process through effective communication and customer service.
- Contact our amazing nursing candidates – placing them into these evening/overnight shifts often a short notice
- Ensure this process follows our required compliance (which we will train you on!) and follows all legal and statutory requirements
This is a full-time position working business hours. You’ll join a dedicated team focused on supporting our healthcare clients with their staffing needs.

You are a people person who thrives in fast-paced environments, confidently managing phone and email enquiries while remaining calm under pressure. Ideally, you bring experience in healthcare recruitment or rostering and are driven by a genuine passion for people and servicing clients and staff. Your strong communication and customer service skills enable you to build positive relationships.
Any understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors will put you at an advantage!
