- Responsible for screening and selecting candidates especially for FMCG & BFSI section.
- Assigned the tasks of organizing and conducting recruitment for sales profile through bulk drive
- Completing their on boarding process of the candidates
- Generating the AL of the candidate on time so that the joining can be done smoothly
- Also doing End to End recruitment & coordinating with the client and doing negotiation.

- Experience screening and selecting candidates for FMCG and BFSI roles
- Experience organizing and conducting bulk recruitment drives for sales profiles
- Experience completing candidate onboarding processes
- Ability to generate appointment letters (AL) and ensure timely joinings
- End-to-end recruitment experience including client coordination and negotiation
- Experience handling key clients (e.g., SBI Credit Card, Dabur, Emami, Bisleri, ITC, Oriflame, Byjus, Lenskart)
- Experience using R-People applicant tracking software
