As our HR Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process. From sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, coordinating selections, and delivering successful placements. You’ll also ensure our staffing solutions meet client needs efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business, expanding our client base, and promoting our recruitment and staffing services across key markets.

How you will make a difference:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and craft clear, compelling job profiles.
  • Attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and cutting-edge digital tools.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the perfect fit for each role.
  • Deliver staffing solutions efficiently, meeting client requests with speed and quality.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on recruitment, market trends, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with national labor regulations and uphold company standards in all placements.

What will give you an advantage:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR consulting, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sales mindset, able to spot opportunities, spark conversations, and close deals with confidence.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build lasting relationships.
  • Sharp judgement in evaluating candidates and making recruitment decisions.
  • Organised multitasker, thriving while balancing commercial targets with delivery responsibilities.
  • High ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Proactive and goal-driven, flourishing in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
