Position Responsibilities:
Partner with assigned agency leaders as the primary recruitment enablement point of contact, providing structured support across recruitment financial schemes, allowances, incentives, and reimbursements.
Act as a subject‑matter expert on recruitment systems, processes, and workflows, including new applicant processes, onboarding, and issue resolution.
Translate complex recruitment data into clear, actionable insights to drive recruitment KPIs.
Own and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment effectiveness and scalability.
Lead recruitment infrastructure enhancements, including lead‑generation initiatives, platform improvements, compensation and onboarding enhancements, and system or process improvements.
Work closely with agency leaders and field engagement teams to support recruitment execution, including participation in branch meetings, leader reviews, briefings, and key agency events.
Provide on‑site and meeting‑based support when critical to drive recruitment initiatives and campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
Experience working within financial services, insurance, or large, matrix‑structured organisations.
Proven background in recruitment enablement, recruitment operations, or recruitment business management.
Demonstrated experience supporting agency‑led or sales‑driven recruitment models.
Strong expertise in managing recruitment systems, end‑to‑end processes, and data‑driven performance metrics.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
Well‑developed stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and field teams effectively.
Working knowledge of recruitment financial schemes, incentives, or compensation frameworks.
Hands‑on experience delivering recruitment platform, system, or infrastructure enhancements.
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate recruitment data into clear, actionable business insights.
