  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on recruitment systems, processes, and workflows, including new applicant processes, onboarding, and issue resolution.

  • Translate complex recruitment data into clear, actionable insights to drive recruitment KPIs.

  • Own and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment effectiveness and scalability.

  • Lead recruitment infrastructure enhancements, including lead‑generation initiatives, platform improvements, compensation and onboarding enhancements, and system or process improvements.

  • Work closely with agency leaders and field engagement teams to support recruitment execution, including participation in branch meetings, leader reviews, briefings, and key agency events.

  • Provide on‑site and meeting‑based support when critical to drive recruitment initiatives and campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working within financial services, insurance, or large, matrix‑structured organisations.

  • Proven background in recruitment enablement, recruitment operations, or recruitment business management.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting agency‑led or sales‑driven recruitment models.

  • Strong expertise in managing recruitment systems, end‑to‑end processes, and data‑driven performance metrics.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation.

  • Well‑developed stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and field teams effectively.

  • Working knowledge of recruitment financial schemes, incentives, or compensation frameworks.

  • Hands‑on experience delivering recruitment platform, system, or infrastructure enhancements.

  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate recruitment data into clear, actionable business insights.

When You Join Our Team:

  • We empower you to learn, grow, and shape the career you want.

  • We support flexibility, well‑being, and inclusion in a culture where people truly matter.

  • As part of a global organisation, you will have the opportunity to make meaningful impact and help shape the future of recruitment.
