Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Associate to manage key onboarding tasks and ensure a smooth new hire experience. The ideal candidate will handle responsibilities such as sending job offers, maintaining the HR database, managing candidate pipelines, and processing pre-employment requirements. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Job Offer Management:
Prepare and send accurate and timely job offer letters to selected candidates. - Database and Tracker Maintenance:
Regularly update the HR database, candidate pipelines, and trackers to ensure accuracy and accessibility. - Candidate Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and providing guidance. - Pre-employment Documentation:
Collect, verify, and upload pre-employment requirements into the HR system. - Background Verification:
Facilitate and upload necessary documents for background checks, ensuring compliance with company standards. - Internal Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with internal teams to streamline onboarding and ensure all requirements are met on time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience in recruitment or onboarding is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage pipelines, update trackers, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
