Key Responsibilities

• Work on live recruitment mandates across different industries, functions, and seniority levels.
• Research companies, industries, job roles, and relevant talent pools.
• Identify and map potential candidates using professional networks, databases, and online research.
• Reach out to relevant professionals and initiate meaningful conversations about career opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary candidate discussions to understand experience, skills, career interests, and suitability.
• Assess candidate profiles against role requirements and hiring expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, search progress, and recruitment records.
• Coordinate with internal team members to discuss candidate pipelines and search strategies.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Develop an understanding of different businesses, organisational structures, and talent requirements.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Continuously improve sourcing, research, communication, and candidate-assessment skills.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, research, customer-facing roles, or a similar environment; freshers with the right aptitude are also welcome.
