You will:
- Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of talent pools for future recruitment needs
- Drive recruitment activities through active candidate sourcing and targeted outreach initiatives
- Utilise platforms like EPSO, LinkedIn, and specialized networks to identify and encourage top-tier candidates
- Implement targeted outreach techniques, including direct messaging and engaging with professional groups
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment monitoring tools
- Assist in preparing key recruitment statistics and reports, analyzing data on applications, outreach results, and sourcing channels
- Provide administrative support across recruitment workflows, including publication follow-ups, candidate communication, and document management
- Support the successful onboarding and integration of newcomers
Requirements:
- University degree of at least 3 years of study
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and selection processes
- Hands-on experience with talent sourcing activities, including navigating online recruitment platforms and professional networks
- Experience handling staff onboarding and integration
- Previous experience working within an international or EU institutional environment is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an international team environment
- Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher)
Benefits:
- Full-time temporary role for one year, with possible extension based on operational needs
- Salary range: EUR 3,100–3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
