We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Assist in the coordination and administration of candidate assessments
- Welcome and receive candidates upon arrival, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Conduct mini interviews and initial screenings to evaluate candidate profiles
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- People-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and availability to work on-site
- Assist with job postings and employer branding initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team as needed
