Role Objective:
To identify a highly skilled Sourcing Assistant who can build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and leverage AI tools for critical thinking, profile evaluation, and personalized outreach.
Schedule:- Source qualified candidates on LinkedIn based on specific hiring requirements
- Utilize AI tools to assess resumes against defined criteria and identify top talent
- Draft and send personalized outreach messages to prospective candidates
- Expert AI Utilization: Ability to effectively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for critical thinking tasks (e.g., resume analysis, personalized email drafting)
- High-Level English Communication: Near-native fluency for candidate screening and executive-level communication
- LinkedIn Sourcing Experience: Proven ability to find and evaluate specific talent profiles
- Schedule Alignment: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
