A technology-driven organization focused on artificial intelligence, operating with a collaborative team structure that includes an Executive Assistant team and a recruiting department. The team is looking to enhance its current workflows by adding a specialized sourcing assistant.

Role Objective:

To identify a highly skilled Sourcing Assistant who can build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn and leverage AI tools for critical thinking, profile evaluation, and personalized outreach.

Schedule:
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Source qualified candidates on LinkedIn based on specific hiring requirements
     
  2. Utilize AI tools to assess resumes against defined criteria and identify top talent
     
  3. Draft and send personalized outreach messages to prospective candidates
     
Qualifications:
  • Expert AI Utilization: Ability to effectively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for critical thinking tasks (e.g., resume analysis, personalized email drafting)
  • High-Level English Communication: Near-native fluency for candidate screening and executive-level communication
  • LinkedIn Sourcing Experience: Proven ability to find and evaluate specific talent profiles
  • Schedule Alignment: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
 Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)
  • Experience with Lever (ATS)
  • Familiarity with Notion and Slack
  • Experience with Google Workspace

Technical Requirements:
  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
