Description
We are actively looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will develop, plan, manage and execute strategic recruitment objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar
- English level Intermediate - Advanced in speaking, writing and listening
- Recruitment skills
- Recruitment experience
Activities
- Execute activities to achieve the department's objectives and indicators
- Develop and execute the operative recruitment process
- Induction process and collection of new employee documentation
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Design and implement recruitment strategies
- Search and collect information to analyze the market and competition in the area
- Promote and manage the external image of the company in the recruitment media
- Keep the different sources and market trends updated for the process
