  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and external contacts.

  • Overseeing Early Careers recruitment lifecycle for graduates, placements, and apprenticeships.

  • Reviewing Early Careers job descriptions and recruitment marketing material and assist with yearly forecasting numbers.

  • Being a point of contact for all early careers recruitment related enquiries (both internal and external).

  • Organising and hosting both in-person and online recruitment open evenings/webinars.

  • Organising and hosting in-person assessment centres.

  • Coordinating welcome days in the summer for the incoming cohort.

  • Coordinating the delivery of PPE and IT equipment to incoming cohort.

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider resourcing and HR teams.

  • Supporting a variety of HR & recruitment projects and activities as required.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment, HR, or a customer-focused environment.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.

  • The confidence to use initiative and solve problems appropriately.

  • A professional and discreet approach, with an understanding of the importance of handling confidential information.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
