Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Workforce Solutions team. In this role, you will take ownership of growing a casual nursing workforce by sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and engaging high-quality candidates to meet client demand.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-quality nursing candidates to support our growing healthcare workforce. You'll manage the recruitment process from initial screening through to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
Working closely with our Operations team, you'll build and maintain strong talent pipelines, match candidates to suitable opportunities, and support the conversion of newly registered nurses into active healthcare professionals. You'll also maintain accurate candidate records, foster strong stakeholder relationships, identify opportunities for process improvement, and ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and relevant legislation.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where your ability to connect with people, manage competing priorities, and deliver results will be highly valued.

You have experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment. You're organised, customer-focused, and a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and working towards goals. Experience in healthcare, aged care, nursing, or workforce staffing is highly desirable.
