Our Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Recruitment Admin to join our Helpware team.
Position Overview:As Recruitment Administrator, you are responsible for all back-office recruitment activities, following up and closing hiring processes, providing full support to recruiters.Primary Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment team in all aspects of recruitment back office tasks
- Responsible for RMS follow (Requisitions, Candidates, Process)
- Responsible for document follow up and hiring process closure
- Recruiting reporting and job posting
- Offer Letter creation and follow up
- Onboarding owner and operations follow up
- HR team hiring communication and follow up
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Recruitment Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Organizing, planning, and time management skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
