This role is critical to Meter's successWe are hiring someone to lead technical recruiting as we grow existing engineering teams and build new ones. We’re early in building Meter’s engineering organization with foundational teams in place across Software Applications, Firmware, Hardware, Operations, QA, Support, and Wireless. The organization is at an inflection point as we embark on the most significant phase of growth, yet, for the business.
This role is a unique opportunity to hire the teams responsible for building Meter’s definitive networking stack—integrated hardware, software, and operations—to power global packet transfer. The caliber of engineering talent we hire during this phase of growth will be incredibly consequential to Meter’s long term success.

We think about Meter's compensation package as a combination of salary, equity, benefits, and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career.
- The estimated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $180,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
