As an intern within the Accenture Recruitment team, you will be directly involved in all recruitment activities of our department: manage candidates and their experience, employer branding and campus events.
What you’ll do
As an intern with the Accenture Recruitment team, you'll dive headfirst into the exciting world of talent acquisition, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of recruitment activities at Accenture, where every day there will be new insights and exciting challenges to learn about.
- Full cycle recruitment: This includes identifying the right talents, conducting HR interviews for several positions, managing the candidate pipeline, and following up throughout the entire application journey, until the salary offer stage.
- Campus Events: You will be able to bring energy on campus through creative & academic events, aiming to reach students for an internship or a first job.
We use modern tools, innovative approaches and our knowledge of best practice to ensure everything is running smoothly. It can be challenging to meet all the needs of our big-name clients and partners, as well as our colleagues - but it's worth it when you see what we achieve together.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or other related areas;
You have a passion for people and are curious to learn more about recruitment and business;
You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a diverse team from all walks of life, cultures and creeds;
You are solution oriented and keen to learn new methodologies, processes and technologies;
You’re fluent in English and Portuguese.
