Recruiting Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our team. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill a variety of roles within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system
- Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
