Full-Cycle Recruiter (Remote) | $55,000 + Bonus | Full-Time

Recruiting at KIDS NW has a direct and meaningful impact.

At KIDS NW, every caregiver you hire goes directly into the life of a person with an intellectual or developmental disability and the family who depends on them. A strong match means someone receives consistent, compassionate support. You will see the results of your work, not just a filled requisition.

We are seeking a recruiter who wants true ownership of the hiring process, not a role where applications arrive and you simply move them along.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire process. Source, screen, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding from start to finish, with no handoffs.
  • Source proactively. Use LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and referrals, and represent KIDS NW at recruiting events, job fairs, networking events, and Chamber of Commerce functions. You will build a pipeline before we are in a crunch.
  • Match people, not just fill roles. Work directly with families and care teams to understand their needs, then identify caregivers who are the right fit for the long term.
  • Solve problems. When a recruiting channel stalls, you will try a new approach, with the freedom and support to do so.
  • Keep things moving. Handle references, background checks, and documentation, and schedule required training, so new hires start smoothly and candidates are always kept informed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Professional recruiting experience, ideally full-cycle
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
  • Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed are a plus)
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, warm communication with candidates, families, and teammates
  • A habit of identifying problems and solving them without being asked

Preferred: Experience recruiting in healthcare, home care, behavioral health, or IDD; high-volume or hard-to-fill hiring; and onboarding and compliance coordination.

What We Offer:

  • $55,000 salary plus bonus: success Bonus Plan, details outlined during the interview process
  • Work from a home office, full-time
  • 25-50% travel, depending on events and business need
  • 24/7 Virtual Healthcare Program
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
  • Pet Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Employer-Paid and Voluntary Life Insurance Options
  • 401(k) match after 90 days
  • Paid Time Off
  • Language Skills Reimbursement: Full-Time employees can learn Spanish or ASL and be reimbursed
