At our location in Paris we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist (m/f/x) as of September 1, 2025 with a fixed-term contract until May 31, 2026.

YOUR TASKS

  • Filling defined internal and external positions, including correspondence with our applicants as well as scheduling and conducting interviews

  • Creation and placement of job adverts in cooperation with the specialist departments and HR business partners

  • Proactively advising the specialist departments throughout the entire recruitment process with regard to applicant selection, recruiting channels and interview methods

  • Conducting job interviews - phone screens, Teams and in-person interviews

  • Ensuring successful collaboration with external agencies if required

  • Building networks in social media and specialist forums

  • Identifying potential candidates using target group-specific search strategies and actively approaching them on selected platforms

  • Support with local and / or group employer branding projects

  • Analysing and reporting on recruitment funnel data

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed university degree or commercial training in a relevant field

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an internationally operating manufacturing company. Experience in FMCG highly preferred

  • Experience in recruiting for corporate functions of all levels from interns to senior managers

  • Very good understanding of the entire candidate life cycle

  • High level of interest in current and future recruitment-related topics

  • Confident handling of LinkedIn and other recruiting channels including active sourcing

  • Experience working with modern ATS as well as comfortable with MS Office Suite

  • Structured and independent way of working

  • Able to work as a strong sparring partner to hiring managers and HR Manager for all recruitment related topics

  • Bilingual in French and English - required

  • Eligible to work in France and located within commutable distance to central Paris
