Role Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Recruiting Specialist to support hiring for SAP-related roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring SAP professionals (technical, functional, and techno-functional) and the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.
· Understand skill requirements for SAP modules (e.g., SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP HCM, SAP Basis, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
· Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top SAP talent via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and industry networks.
· Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely feedback collection.
· Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement through the hiring lifecycle.
· Keep up with SAP market trends and competitor hiring practices.
· Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly recruitment reports.
· Support employer branding initiatives within the SAP talent space.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on SAP hiring.
· Solid understanding of SAP modules and the ability to differentiate between roles and skillsets.
· Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluent English is a must.
