This role is critical to Meter's successWe are hiring Meter’s first sales recruiter as we embark on the most significant phase of growth, yet, for the business. We’re early in building Meter’s sales organization, with foundational teams in place across Channel, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Sales Engineering. We are hiring across these teams and establishing new ones as we scale our go-to-market efforts. The caliber of sales talent we hire during this phase of growth will be incredibly consequential to Meter’s long term success.

We think about Meter's compensation package as a combination of salary, equity, benefits, and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career.
- The estimated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $180,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
