By partnering with hiring managers and executives at Power Design, the staffing specialist identifies, sources, interviews and assesses top quality candidates for positions in the organization.
position details/responsibilities…- By understanding the recruiting needs of the organization, find talent and make recommendations for hire.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, executives and existing employees as well as a potential candidate network while always providing excellent customer service.
- Find and hire employees with the company values who meet or exceed the criteria of the role.
- Create and maintain search engine optimized-job descriptions and job library in Taleo.
- Participate in department projects and process improvement efforts to increase efficiencies and success.
- Bachelor’s degree and three (3) or more years of relevant recruitment and/or staffing experience required.
- Must be able to establish priorities, have a drive for quality results, meet deadlines and multitask.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of staff and management, with discretion as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict, changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with applicant tracking systems preferred, but not required.
