Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D team leaders to identify future hiring needs and support them through the entire recruitment process
- Design job descriptions, advertising on company’s careers page, social media and dedicated job boards
- Screen incoming applications and provide shortlists of qualified candidates
- Act as “the face to the candidate” - own all candidate communication, from first contact through offer acceptance; coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring teams
- Conduct first and second stage interviews, facilitate post-interview debriefs and actively participate in the final hiring decision
- Draft and negotiate job offers, prepare employment contracts and conduct offer presentations
- Be an ambassador for Zurich Instruments as an employer at online channels and during job interviews, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Your profile
- BSc/MSc Degree and/or equivalent further training like Swiss federal Diploma in HR
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Partner from first contact to contract closure
- Experience in the recruitment of complex technical candidate profiles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to efficiently interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent and efficient working style driven by results and an entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
